Meet Katie Hadel, the owner of The Art Cart KC. The Art Cart is a children’s process art studio that focuses on the process not the product. They also sell art and sensory kits. "Our studio is currently closed but we’ve been doing pop-up art groups on occasion."

What is your goal for the next year?

Get the studio back up and running in a new location.

Children’s process art studios across the nation. My favorite is @mericherryla.

What one piece of advice do you give to other business owners?

Don’t give up on something you’re passionate about.

When you are not working, what are you doing?

Homeschooling, hanging out with my family, plant shopping!

What Lawrence hidden gem do you recommend everyone checks out?

Surely not hidden, but Sunfire Ceramics.

If you could change one thing about your business, what would you change?

I am not sure what I would change, Covid put a wrench on many of my goals. I think I have lots of dreams for this business, probably too many!
