What is your goal for the next year?
I've been dabbling in videography and would love to grow that as an additional service in my business!
Who has influenced you the most?
This is a tough one. I'd have to say Joy Michelle! She's an incredibly talented wedding photographer on YouTube - definitely worth checking out if you're interested in photography!
What one piece of advice do you give to other business owners?
Don't forget to be present and take time for yourself! I think as business owners we are all naturally very hard workers (as if we have a choice!) and it can feel impossible to escape work at times. It's easy to feel like if we take a break, our business will suffer, when really a clean reset and refreshed mind can be so beneficial to not only mental health, but also our business!
When you are not working, what are you doing?
You can find me watching The Office (for the millionth time), enjoying dates with my husband Chance, playing with my two cats named Junior and Captain, lifting weights (don't let me fool you, I'm not that strong but I love it), or pulling out some of my old video games!
What Lawrence hidden gem do you recommend everyone checks out?
Mass Street Soda - if you haven't been you are missing out! Chance and I love including their old fashioned soda on date nights. There's so many options and each time is a new experience! If you go I highly recommend the Polly Pop strawberry soda.
If you could change one thing about your business, what would you change?
Don't get me wrong, I love editing photos. That being said, it's surprising how much of my job is sitting in front of a computer! If I could just snap my fingers to edit my photos, I'd snap my fingers until they fell off.
